Strategic HR Leave & Accommodation Analyst
The Standard
The Standard in Portland, OR is seeking an HR Leave & Accommodation Analyst to administer leave and disability accommodations in line with FMLA/ADA and Workday. You’ll partner with employees, leaders, legal counsel, and vendors to guide cases from intake to resolution, ensure compliance, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Qualified candidates bring 2 years of relevant experience, strong policy interpretation, and proficiency with Excel and Workday. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Standard
