Je bepaalt de visie en aanpak voor Coolblue Repairs, stuurt op NPS, doorlooptijd, kosten en kwaliteit en werkt samen met teams en partners om reparaties steeds beter te regelen.Wat doe je als Business Specialist Repair & Refurbishment bij Coolblue?Als Business Specialist Repair & Refurbishment kijk je naar het hele reparatieproces, van visie en strategie tot uitvoering, kwaliteit en commercieel resultaat. Je zorgt dat processen slimmer worden, bekijkt data om knelpunten te vinden en lost ketenproblemen op met leveranciers en interne teams. Je maakt plannen voor volumes, servicelevels en capaciteit en spreekt duidelijke werkinstructies af met de betrokken teams. Zo zorg je dat onze reparaties vandaag goed gaan en morgen nóg beter worden. Dit vind je leuk om te doen:* De visie en strategie voor Coolblue Repairs bepalen en doelen per procesdeel maken.* NPS, doorlooptijd, kosten en kwaliteit verbeteren.* Data bekijken om kansen te vinden voor een slimmere klantreis.* Proces- en kwaliteitsafspraken opzetten en verbeteren.* Volumes, servicelevels en capaciteit afstemmen met leveranciers, partners en interne stakeholders.Hier herken jij jezelf in* Een afgeronde wo-opleiding.* Minstens 3 jaar relevante werkervaring.* Ervaring met projectmanagement en het meenemen van betrokkenen.* Analytisch sterk en neemt beslissingen op basis van data.* Eigenaarschap en verantwoordelijkheid.* Ziet commerciële kansen en heeft ervaring met proposities en prijsstrategie.* Werkt graag samen met veel verschillende teams en krijgt anderen mee in verandering.Dit zoek jij verder in een baan* Geld.* Maandelijkse borrels, versbereide happen, [legendarische Coolblue-feesten]( en de [leukste teamactiviteiten]( Een fijne combinatie van werken op kantoor en vanuit huis.
