Our company is experiencing outstanding growth of approximately 25% per year, and we’re looking for an Inside Sales Representative who wants a long-term career opportunity, not just a job.

Position Overview

The Inside Sales Representative will be the first point of contact for customers inquiring about our car lifts and automotive shop equipment. You will field warm inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries, helping customers find the right equipment for their needs and guiding them through the sales process.

This is a great role for those with sales experience or background in auto repair, tire shops, or mechanical work.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate car lifts and shop equipment
• Prepare and follow up on quotes, proposals, and orders
• Use our CRM system to log interactions, track leads, and manage the sales pipeline
• Follow up on open quotes and leads to close sales
• Collaborate with team members in sales and customer service

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related sales experience (inside sales role preferred)
• Auto shop experience preferred (mechanic, tire shop, or service center)
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
• Strong computer skills and CRM proficiency
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment
• Solid negotiation and closing skills
