Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated General Production Assistant to join their team for the summer. As a General Production Assistant, you will be an essential part of the production process, supporting various operational tasks within the manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Summer  General Production Assistant

Location: Austin, MN

Pay Range: $23.30 per hour

Shift: 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Assist in sorting, inspecting, and checking products for quality assurance
• Support assembly of smaller products using hand tools as needed
• Handle lifting tasks occasionally weighing up to 25 lbs
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow safety protocols and operational procedures diligently

• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality
• Reliable and punctual attendance
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
