Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Active Massachusetts PT license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Minimum of 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or at least 1 year of PT experience in other settings. No new graduates accepted. Travel clinicians must complete three HealthStream modules pre-assignment; agency will be reimbursed upon proof of completion and at least one shift worked. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient clinic. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 0800-1630. Work Days: Monday through Friday. Schedule: Flexible to 5x8 or 4x10 formats; must be open to two evenings per week until 7:00 PM. EMR: Raintree. Productivity Expectation: 55–63 patients per week (approximate). Contract Duration: 13 to 26 weeks (flexible start date). Cancellation Notice: 30 days.
