Senior Healthcare Revenue Cycle Analyst (Net Revenue & Reimbursement)

Job Summary Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Net Revenue Analyst to support revenue integrity, reimbursement analysis, and financial reporting within a healthcare finance environment. This role focuses on analyzing net revenue, payer reimbursement structures, and ensuring accuracy across commercial and government payor contracts. The position requires strong hands-on experience with Kodiak (Crowe) and deep expertise in healthcare revenue accounting. Key Responsibilities Analyze net revenue, reimbursement trends, and payer contract performance Support month-end close processes related to revenue recognition and reporting Reconcile revenue data across multiple systems and ensure data integrity Work with finance and operations teams to interpret payer behavior and financial impact Extract, validate, and analyze financial data using tools such as Excel and Lawson Provide insights to improve revenue forecasting and financial accuracy Ensure compliance with healthcare accounting standards and internal controls Required Qualifications Minimum 7+ years of experience in Net Revenue or healthcare revenue accounting Hands-on experience with Kodiak (Crowe) – required and non-negotiable Strong understanding of net revenue accounting and reimbursement methodologies Experience with commercial and government payer structures Ability to work onsite in Houston, TX, or the surrounding area on short notice if required Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial data analysis Preferred Qualifications Experience working with Lawson or similar financial systems Strong ability to extract and reconcile data from multiple source systems Healthcare provider or hospital finance experience What We\'re Looking For A detail-oriented and analytical finance professional with strong healthcare revenue expertise who can operate in a fast-paced environment and deliver accurate, actionable insights on net revenue performance. #J-18808-Ljbffr BlackStar
