We're under New Management and we are looking for Experienced Automotive Sales Consultants. The Opportunity

As an Experienced Automotive Sales Consultant, you’ll drive new-vehicle volume, gross, and customer satisfaction by guiding buyers from first contact through delivery. You’ll manage the full retail process with accuracy, urgency, and integrity.

Key responsibilities include:
- Engage showroom and lot traffic, qualify needs, and present vehicles and options
- Coordinate test drives and ensure proper identification per process
- Write complete sales orders and submit compliant paperwork; turn all deals to F&I with required docs
- Maintain prospecting and owner follow-up systems to build repeat and referral business
- Stay current on products, features, equity/values, and applicable federal, state, and local laws

Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of automotive sales experience preferred
- State sales license and valid driver license
- Strong communication, math, and problem-solving skills

You’ll start by checking your pipeline, prioritizing follow-ups, and setting personal targets for the day. Once the doors are open, your pace shifts between greeting fresh traffic, working appointments, and keeping communication tight with your sales manager and F&I so deliveries stay smooth. Between customers, you’ll refresh product knowledge, review results, and adjust your plan to make the most of peak hours. You’ll wrap up by confirming next steps with buyers, tracking post-delivery items, and lining up tomorrow’s opportunities.
