The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java or Python, hands-on experience with AI/ML production systems, and proficiency in modern AI orchestration frameworks and architectures. This role requires a deep understanding of API design, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services, with a focus on building innovative and responsible AI solutions. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain software applications using Java or Python. Design and implement AI/ML applications in production environments. Work with RAG architectures, including chunking strategies, embedding models, and vector stores (e.g., Pinecone, OpenSearch, pgvector, FAISS). Utilize AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or CrewAI. Leverage AWS Bedrock, Anthropic Claude models, and model invocation APIs. Apply prompt engineering techniques, including system prompts, few-shot learning, chain-of-thought, and structured outputs. Build conversational AI solutions, including chatbots and voicebots with speech-to-text and text-to-speech integration. Utilize AWS services like Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, and SQS. Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, ECS/EKS), and infrastructure-as-code. Design APIs (REST, GraphQL) and develop microservices and event-driven systems. Evaluate LLM outputs using appropriate frameworks. Incorporate guardrails, content filtering, and responsible AI practices into solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree is required. 10 years of software development experience in Java or Python. 2 years of hands-on experience building AI/ML applications in production. Proficiency with AI/ML architectures and orchestration frameworks. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies. Strong understanding of API design, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems. Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-based solutions. Proven skills in prompt engineering and conversational AI development. Knowledge of responsible AI practices and evaluation frameworks for LLM outputs.
