Job Description NextGen Loan Officer Associate (LOA) hybrid position paying $20-$21/hr*** You’ll work alongside experienced sales professionals, engage directly with customers, and use modern digital and AI-enabled tools to manage relationships, prioritize leads, and drive results. Successful LOAs build the foundation to move into full Loan Officer responsibilities, including revenue ownership and referral-based selling. This role is ideal for individuals who are competitive, relationship-driven, and energized by using technology and data to sell smarter and perform at a higher level. General Overview of Compensation & Benefits We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from an hourly rate of $15.92 - $23, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials (e.g., cost of labor/living, etc.), and operational considerations. This position may be eligible for bonuses. This position may be eligible for commissions.
