Responsibilities For a Baylor Registered Nurse Administering medications to patients and monitoring them for side effects and reactions. Prescribing assistive medical devices and related treatments. Recording patient vital signs and medical information. Qualifications For a Baylor Registered Nurse Associate degree in Nursing (ASN) or above required. Clear and active RN licensure in the state of practice required.
