Business Development Manager – Home Care Sales Home Health Companions | Dallas–Fort Worth, TX Home Health Companions is a nurse-led private duty home care, care management, and licensed home health company serving North Texas. We are seeking an experienced, relationship-driven Business Development Manager to grow referral partnerships and drive new client admissions throughout the DFW market. What You’ll Do Develop and manage referral relationships with: Assisted living communities Independent living communities Skilled nursing facilities Hospitals and discharge planners Physicians and specialty practices Financial advisors and trust officers Rehabilitation facilities VA Community Care referral sources Conduct daily field visits and face-to-face sales calls Generate qualified inquiries and assessmentsMaintain and grow an active referral source network Represent Home Health Companions at networking and industry events Document activity and pipeline in CRM Work closely with nursing, care management, and operations teams to ensure excellent client outcomes Qualifications Minimum 2 years outside sales experience Healthcare sales experience preferred Home care, senior living, hospice, home health, rehabilitation, pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare marketing experience strongly preferred Proven ability to build relationships and generate referrals Excellent communication and presentation skills Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Compensation Uncapped Commission Program PTO and Paid Holidays What Success Looks Like Build and maintain at least 15+ active referral sources Generate at least 10 qualified inquiries per week Conduct consistent field visits and relationship-building activities Meet monthly and quarterly revenue goals Become a trusted resource for healthcare professionals and families throughout North Texas Why Home Health Companions?
