Dealership:L0462 Rock HondaRock HondaNow Hiring: Experienced Service Advisor.Pay: $64,500 - $161,800 AnnuallySchedule: Full TimeDepartment Hours: Monday - Friday: 7:00am - 6:00pm, and Saturday: 7:00am - 5:00pm.Why Join Our Team?A high-volume service department with a steady flow of customer appointmentsThe opportunity to represent the trusted Honda brand and serve a loyal customer baseOngoing training, and professional development to help you grow your careerA collaborative environment with experienced technicians, parts specialists, and supportive leadershipOpportunities for advancement within a growing dealership organizationWhat You'll DoBe the communicator and liaison between the customer and technician; ensure the technician understands the customer's needs and the customer understands the needed and recommended service/repairs.Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor, calculating customer's payment, including deductibles.Prepare repair orders (RO), obtaining approval signatures and entering RO into service database system.Communicate additional repair and service needs to the customer based on vehicle inspection.Administer the manufacturer warranty for qualifying vehicle repairs.Keep customer informed of service specials, completion times and service expenses.What You'll Bring1+ years of previous Service Advisor experience.Greet customers promptly and provide an exceptional service experience.CDK experience.Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.Total RewardsThe Annual Estimated Earnings Range is $64,500 - $161,800.This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commissions off Individual Sales, Individual Gross Profit, and Bonuses based on Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, Flat Rate Hours.
