We have a rare associate opportunity at Merion Village Dental, a privately owned, fee-for-service family practice that's been serving central Ohio for over 50 years.

We don't do PPOs (other than Delta). That means better care for patients, better systems for doctors, and significantly higher earning potential. Our associates routinely earn more working fewer hours because the practice is built to support you, not burn you out.

What You'll Love Here
- Non-corporate, privately owned, multi-doctor practice with a clear vision

- Excellent hygienists who anesthetize and are central to our team approach
- Highly trained EFDAs who restore fillings and manage most CEREC workflows
- Heavy CEREC office with same-day crowns
- CBCT, digital scanning, AI, IV sedation, digital photography, ClearCorrect
- We'll teach you and support you with any technology you want to master
- 30–50 new patients per doctor, per month
- You never talk about money with patients. Ever.
- Strong leadership, HR, business office, and in-house IT support so you can focus on dentistry
