Rates may vary and are subject to change.Additional Bonuses, Group Health Insurance benefits available day 1, 401k and moreObstetrics Manager - RN- Shifts: 12 hour nights every third weekendJob Summary:Responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of the care provided in the patient care department which is consistent with the established strategic plan, goals, and objectives for the organizationKey Responsibilities:Responsible for 24-hour management of the patient care department ensuring safety, quality, and exceptional patient experiences.Supports optimal care that requires specialized knowledge, critical thinking, and skills based on principles of psychological, social, physical, and biological sciences that utilize the nursing process.Demonstrates attributes of servant leadership, communicates exceptionally, and motivates others to achieve outcomes through work with multidisciplinary teams.Requirements:BSN required, MSN preferred.*Compact License Allowed**Must have taxable address outside of 90 miles from facility**Minimum 2-3year(s) exp. Maternity services; L&D, MB, PP, NICU, NurseryMinimum 1 1/2year(s) exp. Interim leadership/nurse manager experienceBLS, ACLS, MOAB, and NIHSS required.Experience in telemetry or step-down preferred.Strong assessment, multitasking, and crisis management skills.Work Environment & Demands:Hospital settings (Med-Surg units, post-op recovery, step-down).Physical demands include standing, lifting patients/equipment, and stress management.
