Sales Support Representative

*Overview* We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented *Inside Sales Representative* to support pre-sales application activities and help deliver an outstanding customer experience. *Key Responsibilities*
* *Pre-Sales Support*
* Assist the Applications team with day-to-day activities to ensure efficient customer interactions and timely follow-up on inquiries.
* *Customer Demonstrations*
* Support the setup and operation of laser machines for live customer demonstrations, helping create a professional and engaging experience.
* *Showroom Management*
* Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom that reflects a high standard of quality and professionalism.
* *Product Displays*
* Collaborate on designing and producing sample parts and visual displays that highlight product capabilities and innovation.
* *Hands-On Learning*
* Gain practical experience with machine setup and operation, as well as customer engagement strategies.

* Strong *technical interest* and willingness to learn
* Excellent *customer service* and communication skills
* High attention to detail and organization
*Qualifications*
* Associate degree preferred
* Ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
