Social Media Manager

The team builds creator-led experiences across live events, interactive media, fan communities, merchandise, consumer products, and owned digital platforms. Each activation is designed to drive participation, generate content, enable commerce, and capture first-party data. By connecting these elements into cohesive experience ecosystems, KULTXR delivers long-term cultural value for its clients rather than one-off campaigns. Position We’re looking for a sharp, creative, and highly organized Social Media Manager to join the KULTXR team. This person should understand how culture moves online — from short-form video and creator content to audience engagement, community building, and platform-specific strategy. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across platforms including Instagram, X, Fanfix, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Rumble, and knows how to adapt content for each audience instead of using a one-size-fits-all approach. This role will support the planning, scheduling, publishing, and optimization of social content for KULTXR and related projects. Responsibilities Managing and coordinating daily/weekly social media content across multiple platforms Helping develop content calendars, posting schedules, captions, and campaign ideas Monitoring social trends, platform updates, viral formats, and creator/community conversations Assisting with short‑form content strategy for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Rumble, and other video‑first platforms Writing strong captions, hooks, calls to action, and community engagement copy Tracking performance, audience growth, engagement, and content insights Supporting creator, talent, brand, and partner‑related social campaigns Maintaining a consistent brand voice across KULTXR’s digital channels Using ChatGPT Pro to support brainstorming, caption writing, content planning, research, and workflow efficiency Ideal Candidate Qualifications Strong understanding of Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, Fanfix, and Rumble Experience managing or supporting social media accounts for brands, creators, media companies, entertainment properties, or startups A good eye for content, culture, design, trends, and storytelling Strong writing skills and attention to detail Ability to move fast, stay organized, and manage multiple projects at once Comfort using AI tools, especially ChatGPT Pro, to improve productivity and creative output Understanding of analytics, engagement metrics, and what drives audience growth A proactive mindset and willingness to bring ideas to the table This is a great opportunity for someone who loves social media, understands creator culture, and wants to help build a brand with real cultural impact.
