Pay: $750 – $1,100 Weekly + Bonuses

Aegon Consulting Group is expanding in the Houston area and looking for motivated individuals to join our growing sales team.

This is a great opportunity for candidates who want to gain real sales and marketing experience, earn weekly pay, and grow into leadership roles.

No prior experience required — we provide paid sales training.

We’re currently scheduling interviews and looking to fill several positions immediately.

What You’ll Do as an Entry Level Sales Rep

In this role, you will:

• Represent client brands at retail locations and promotional events
• Speak with customers about current products and promotions
• Demonstrate products and answer customer questions
• Help generate new customers and brand awareness
• Work with a team to achieve daily and weekly goals
• Participate in ongoing sales and leadership training

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people in a fast-paced environment.

We’re looking for candidates who are:

• Friendly and confident communicating with customers
• Goal-oriented and motivated to succeed
• Positive, coachable, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working in a team-based environment
• Available to work full-time in Houston

No sales experience required. Entry level candidates are encouraged to apply.

Candidates with backgrounds in retail, customer service, hospitality, athletics, or events often do very well in this role.
