We’re working a minimum of 4 days a week onsite as part of our commitment to fostering a culture of professional growth and cross-functional collaboration as we work together to engineer the extraordinary. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:Prepare comprehensive financial analysis and presentations for leadership and help interpret financial results for both finance and business teams. Develop and monitor AOP, forecasts and latest best estimates, ensuringaccuratefinancial projections.Conduct in-depth financial analysis to guide strategic decision-making and provide recommendations and influence the future direction ofBrainModulation.Investigates financial results, prepares, andassistsin the production of key month-end close activitiesSupport Brain Modulation Core Teams, project accounting processes, system, and reportingAttend and support certain IBP and PRC meeting andfacilitatestrategic discussions on key decisions/gaps in the portfolioCommunicate effectively, deliver clear presentations including effectively influencing up, down and across the organization to implement enterprise goals and initiatives.Partner with marketing and therapy director to evaluate investment opportunities.Lead and evaluate analysis to draw conclusions and develop insightful recommendations and solutions; design deliverable content for executive level presentations.Lead or support key ad-hoc projects, including key financial lead on multi-function projects that requirea high levelof financial and business acumen.AdHocanalysis and business partner support​Minimum RequirementsBachelor’s Degree with 7+ years of work experience in Finance and/or Accounting (Or Advanced Degree with 5+ years)Nice to HaveCPA or MBA in relevant areasExperience with Hyperion, SAP, and AnaplanMedical device or healthcare industry experienceStrong analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability toidentifykey trends and drivers and the proven experience translating financial data into meaningful, concise informationStrong consultative skills and ability to articulate outcomes of analysis and relevant insights to business leaders and internal customersExperience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPointFor Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.Physical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position. The physical demands described within the Responsibilities section of this job description are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
