We are seeking a Shift Leader to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the bakery during your shift.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily bakery operations, including production, inventory, and sales.
- Managing and training bakery staff, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintaining high standards of quality and consistency in all baked goods.
- Developing and assisting in the implementation of new recipes and product offerings.
- Managing inventory and supplies to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer inquiries or complaints.
- Maintaining all bakery equipment.
- Assist with all marketing and continuously work on ideas to increase sales.
- Any other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or food service managing others
- Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other relevant software
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
