ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2015 and currently lead a team of six. Before becoming an agent, I worked in banking. I was drawn to agency ownership because it gave me the opportunity to build my own business while making a meaningful impact in the local community and helping people protect what matters most.

I attended University of Mississippi, where I played football. I'm a proud father of two and enjoy traveling and spending time with my family whenever possible. Community involvement is an important part of our agency. We stay active with local schools and proudly sponsor a Student Athlete of the Month award at the local high school. Supporting young people and recognizing hard work and achievement are values that align closely with our agency culture.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As an Account Representative for Brandon Jacobs - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to effectively relate to customers.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
