Rehab Director (DOR) - Full Time

A great Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) is looking for an experienced, hard-working Director of Rehabilitation / Director of Rehab / DOR to join their growing team in North Hollywood , CA. The Director of Rehabilitation / Director of Rehab / DOR serves as a resource to the multi-disciplinary therapy staff and collaborates with patients and families to implement rehabilitation plans. Job Description Full-time in a skilled nursing facility Provide skilled therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders. Oversees the performance of the physical therapy staff. Ensures the physical therapy division follows regulatory compliance requirements and standard procedures. Directs and coordinates the policies, objectives, initiatives, and programs for the delivery of physical therapy programs to patients. Qualifications Full-time Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to manage a skilled nursing facility Required to be a licensed Physical Therapist / Occupational Therapist in the state of California and would prefer a PT / OT to have management experience Experience in a skilled nursing facility Additional Information Looking for a change in settings?
