Required:

• CA RN License
• BLS, ACLS, PALS
• CNOR & CRNFA
• At least 2 years experience
• Travel experience required
• 2 weekends per month
• Will split call with other RNFA

Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CRNFA, PALS, CNOR

Skills: Abdominal hysterectomy, acute hospital OR, amputations, ankle fusion, anterior/posterior repair (colporrhaphy), appendectomy, apply tourniquet as ordered, arthroscopy knee, shoulder, wrist, aseptic technique, assist to secure drainage system to tissue, bilateral tubal ligation, bronchoscopy, bunionectomy, C-sections, case cart, cholecystectomy, closed reduction of fractures, colon resection, counting sponges & related items with circulating nurse, crash cart, dilation & curettage, drills (multiple types), electrosurgical units, endo/laparoscopic, fiber optic light sources/cords, general, gyn, hernia repair inguinal/umbilical, isolation precautions/PPE, laparoscopic assisted cases, laparoscopic assisted gynecological procedures, laparoscopic assisted procedures, ORIF shoulder, hip, humerus, ortho, ortho/total joints, podiatry, starting peripheral IVs, suctioning, irrigation, sponging, total hip replacement, total knee replacement, vaginal hysterectomy

Compliance:

• Onboarding: Must complete labs within 3-5 days of contract signing
• Work History Verification: 7-Year Work History Verification Required for all candidates. Candidates must provide accurate work history information going back 7 years from their start date and may also be required to provide documentation or contacts for the verifications if we are unable to verify any positions
• Deadline: All compliance documents due 10 days prior to start
• Modules: Modules are non-billable. An average of 1-5 hours spent on modules and are factored into NBO. Any time spent on modules exceeding the 16 NBO hours are billable. Modules are completed during orientation, and module hours vary by specialty. Modules are recorded through e-learning
• RTO Policy: Max RTO: 7 days per contract. Holiday RTO: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Holidays begin at 7:00 PM the night before the holiday, and end at 7:00 AM the day after the holiday. Only 1 holiday per contract can be requested
