Client Service Representative

Job Overview Client Service Representative – Trane Technologies, Pine Brook, New Jersey. The role focuses on building long‑term customer relationships, supporting account managers with HVAC system solutions, and driving account penetration and retention. Responsibilities Assist account managers with HVAC system and equipment product selections, application, and proposal development. Quote, close, and transition technician leads and other service repair work under account manager direction. Generate estimates and proposals for service work, including repairs, change outs, IAQ, and energy solutions. Prepare transition documents and communicate project readiness to the operations team. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, engineering technology, business, or a related field preferred; equivalent education and experience will be considered. Minimum one (1) year of experience in account management, mechanical contracting/HVAC, or facilities management preferred. Working knowledge of HVAC systems preferred. Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with a clean record; no major or frequent traffic violations. Compensation Annual base salary range: $57,300.00 – $131,800.00. Compensation is based on seniority, merit, geographic location, education, experience, travel requirements, and union designation.
