We are looking for call center representatives to support the "Get out the vote" effort, making outbound calls on behalf of the Republican party to encourage voting in the 2020 presidential election. Candidates should be comfortable calling for the Republican party, possess excellent communication skills, be reliable, and eager to learn. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to encourage voting, following provided scripts and policies. Engage with customers professionally, understanding their needs and providing information. Document interactions accurately in our systems. Follow all training and compliance requirements. Qualifications Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication skills in English. Reliable internet connection (20Mbps+ download speed). Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office. Ability to work scheduled shifts, including training periods. Additional Details This is an entry-level position with flexible schedules and competitive pay based on experience.
