Telemarketer - State Farm Agent Team Member

Overview Part Time in FRANKLIN, TN Matt Cole Insurance Agency is growing and needs additional telemarketers. The ideal candidate will connect easily with people, be organized, and thrive in a high paced environment. The Telemarketer will be responsible for making outbound calls to generate quotes and follow-up on client focused campaigns. The right candidates can grow with us and have the opportunity for advancement. Compensation $16 to $17 an hour Part-Time or Full-Time Opportunity to Grow into a Full-Time Salaried Employee Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospects using lists provided by the agency. Build rapport with prospects and customers. Answer incoming calls with a warm and welcoming voice. Transfer calls to the sales and service team members. Follow-up at specific times as requested by prospects. Utilize scripts and processes for making calls and interacting with prospects and customers. Other duties as required.
