Your job is to:

Meet the homeowner → Build the relationship → Inspect the property → Educate the customer → Present the solution → Close the sale

You won't be sitting behind a desk making hundreds of cold calls.

You'll be meeting homeowners who have a need for the products and services we provide.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As a Roofing Sales Representative, you will meet with homeowners at their properties and help them understand their roofing needs and available options.

Your responsibilities include:

• Meet with homeowners at company-provided appointments.
• Perform residential roof inspections.
• Identify roofing issues and explain your findings to homeowners.
• Educate customers on roofing systems, products, warranties, and installation.
• Prepare accurate estimates and proposals.
• Present financing options when appropriate.
• Build trust and establish strong customer relationships.
• Professionally present and close roofing projects.
• Collect customer deposits according to company procedures.
• Maintain accurate customer information in our CRM.
• Communicate with homeowners throughout the sales and project process.
• Represent Ultimate Roofing professionally in the community.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for experienced sales professionals who are hungry to succeed .

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of roofing sales experience preferred
• Residential retail roofing sales experience strongly preferred
• Experience with asphalt shingle and/or metal roofing
• Proven ability to sell high-ticket products or services
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong closing ability
• Comfortable meeting homeowners in person
• Comfortable using CRM technology
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Professional appearance and communication
• Strong work ethic and follow-through
