Technology Solutions Manager

The Technology Solutions Manager plays a critical role in leading a portfolio of projects to deliver new features and experiences for new emerging products. The TSM partners with the business to drive prioritization and manages the delivery of multiple projects across technology and business teams.At least 18 years of ageLegally authorized to work in the United StatesHigh School Diploma or GEDT-Mobile requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to starting work, unless precluded from doing so by applicable law. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Other Technical Discipline. 4 - 7 years of related working experience. Provides weekly portfolio updates to business and technology leadership Provides leadership in evolving design and orchestrates solutions across domain teams that span across multiple projects.Relationship and People Management Identifies, analyzes, and synthesizes information, applying critical thought to present the information in a clear and meaningful way. Partners across multiple IT teams, and Business to drive clarity across key risks and issues along with alignment of key delivery miletstones Identifies improvements, makes critical decisions and works with subject matter experts throughout the organization to implement solutions. Multi-tasks while managing a portfolio of projects, in a demanding and rapidly-changing environment. Effectively presents to leadership within the organization. Supports technical solution delivery across multiple initiatives, including scope negotiation, solution alignment and timeline management. Works independently as well as collaboratively.
