Description

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with adult critical care and ED experience for a 13-week night shift contract at an acute care facility.

Details

• 13-week contract assignment
• Night shift schedule, 4x12-hour shifts from 19:00–07:30
• Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) required
• Specialized equipment includes Hamilton G5, PB 980, Respironics V60, Optiflow, Lumis TX, Cough Assist, Vest, and IPV
• No on-call required

Requirements

• Current RRT credential required
• Active state license required if applicable
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in respiratory therapy specialty
• Adult critical care experience required
• Emergency department (ED) experience required
• 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Copies of certifications required for consideration

Additional Information

• First-time travelers will be considered for this position
• Dark grey scrubs required
• Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility may be accepted at a different pay rate
• All RTO requests must be approved by the facility prior to submission
