Experience Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in production scheduling. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an advanced or expert level. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience working in a matrix organization with project management responsibilities. Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Responsibilities Master Schedule Management: Develop and manage the master production schedule across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with production goals and customer demands. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with teams across departments to collect and coordinate production needs, aligning schedules with operational priorities.
