Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapy License is required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Minimum of 3 years of clinical Physical Therapist experience. Experience treating primarily adult caseloads, including sports injuries, school‑age children, and Medicare patients; comfortable with occasional pediatric cases. Familiarity with Raintree EMR preferred. Comfort with virtual interview process. Willingness to wear provided polo shirt; facility does not require scrubs.
