Job Description We are seeking motivated, compassionate, and forward‑thinking New Graduate Physical Therapists to join our growing team. If you are a new graduate ready to transition from student to practicing clinician, we provide individualized mentorship, hands‑on learning opportunities, and the resources you need to thrive in an outpatient setting across Long Island, Westchester, Brooklyn, Queens, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist in New York or eligible to obtain a license. Evaluate a patient’s need for physical therapy and develop an appropriate treatment plan. Instruct family members, PTAs, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in proper physical therapy techniques. Mandatory certifications: First Aid, AED, and CPR. New Grad Support Programs Mentorship Program: An exclusive mentorship program for clinicians with under three years of experience, designed to strengthen clinical reasoning, refine hands‑on skills, and build confidence as an independent practitioner. Leadership Programs: Structured development programs to help therapists advance their careers by enhancing clinical skills and providing knowledge and tools to excel as future leaders. Board Exam Support: In‑house one‑on‑one board exam tutoring to help you feel confident and prepared for the NPTE. Touro OCS Residency Partnership: A partnership with Touro University that allows you to pursue an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist residency while working full time as a Metro employee. The program lasts 12–18 months and Metro covers all costs.
