A leading manufacturing company is hiring a Health, Safety and Environmental Leader looking to make a meaningful impact on workplace safety. This company is focused on creating a safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible manufacturing operation where safety is a core value.

In this onsite role, you'll lead health, safety, and environmental initiatives, identify and reduce workplace risks, support regulatory compliance, and partner with teams across the facility to improve safety performance. This is a great opportunity for an experienced HSE professional who enjoys working with employees and plant leadership, improving processes, and building a proactive safety culture.

Health, Safety and Environmental Leader Duties:

• Lead HSE initiatives, safety programs, and compliance activities while promoting a strong safety culture across the manufacturing facility.
• Conduct hazard identification, risk assessments, safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations, including near misses, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver safety training, support emergency preparedness activities, and integrate safety requirements into daily operations and capital projects.
• Track safety performance metrics, identify trends, and use data to prioritize risk reduction and continuous improvement projects.
• Partner with production, maintenance, engineering, and plant leadership teams to strengthen HSE processes, maintain regulatory documentation, and support OSHA compliance.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Pay: $70-85K/year

Health, Safety and Environmental Leader Requirements:

• 3–5 years of relevant health, safety, environmental, or project management experience.
• Experience managing projects from planning through implementation.
• Experience conducting risk assessments, root cause analysis, safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and accountability skills.
• Ability to use safety and performance data to identify risks and drive continuous improvement.
