Project Controls Analyst - Capital Projects Requisition Number: 32751 Location: Norwell, MA, US 02061 Position Overview We are looking for a Project Controls Analyst to support the Gas Capital Portfolio. The role focuses on project financials, cost analysis, and project closeout activities, ensuring capital projects are tracked, compliant, and closed within SAP. Key Responsibilities Review project costs vs. budgets/forecasts; investigate and document variances Manage project closeouts in SAP and ensure SOX compliance Support project controls processes, including WBS, cost tracking, scheduling, and reporting Develop reports (Cost Reports, CPI/SPI, variance tracking) Perform data validation and QA/QC on project financials, materials, and closeouts Partner with project teams and members to gather data, resolve issues, and communicate updates Be an important SAP user supporting project setup, tracking, and system improvements Qualifications Hands‑on SAP experience (required) — project financials, cost tracking, or closeouts Experience in project controls, project coordination, financial analysis, or capital project support Ability to analyze project costs, identify variances, and interpret financial data Understanding of the project lifecycle and operations Benefits Comprehensive Health and Income Protection Benefits 401(k) Savings Plan Paid Vacations for qualifying positions Base salary range: $48–53 per hour, dependent on experience, qualifications, and skills.
