A travel pharmacist opportunity is available in Weston, Wisconsin, supporting a 100-bed hospital facility. This role includes a night shift schedule of seven days on followed by seven days off, working from 9:00 pm to 7:30 am. The position is expected to last at least 13 weeks with a start date as soon as possible.

Location: Weston, WI
Schedule:

• 7 on, 7 off nights
• 9:00 pm to 7:30 am

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately in a hospital setting
• Review and verify medication orders for safety and efficacy
• Collaborate with healthcare teams using Cerner and Omnicell systems
• Participate in medication therapy management and counseling patients
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Licensed pharmacist in Wisconsin or willing to obtain an Act 10 temporary pharmacy license
• Prior hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• Proficient with Cerner and Omnicell IT systems
• Strong knowledge of medication protocols and safety standards
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
