About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to spearhead the strategic and transformational leadership of its HR and People & Culture functions. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader with a proven track record in driving high-performing, mission-driven workforces. Key responsibilities for the CHRO include partnering with the executive team to develop and execute human capital strategies that align with the organization's goals, leading culture transformation initiatives, and modernizing HR operations through technology and data-driven approaches. The role also involves overseeing talent acquisition, retention, and development, as well as ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. Applicants for the CHRO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree strongly preferred, and a minimum of 10 years' progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 5 years in an executive role. A deep understanding of the unique challenges of the healthcare industry, particularly in community health environments, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organizational transformation, leadership development, and a proven ability to connect workforce strategy to organizational performance. Certification in HR management is strongly preferred, and experience in healthcare credentialing and provider workforce compliance is a plus. The role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and change management skills, as well as the ability to influence decision-making at the executive and Board levels.
