Woofie’s is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Client Services Coordinator to join our growing pet care business for a full-time position working an evening and 1 weekend day shift. This on-site role in our Reston office is integral to supporting our operations, clients, and team members. Key Responsibilities As a growing business, we wear many hats! Your varied responsibilities will include: Client Relations: Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and meeting with clients to provide exceptional service and support. Scheduling: Coordinating and managing complex schedules for employees and clients, ensuring no details are overlooked and everyone is where they need to be. Operational Support: Assisting with errands, marketing events, and maintaining the office and grooming vans. Occasionally performing pet care visits for dogs and cats. What We’re Looking For The successful candidate must possess the following skills and abilities: Animal and People Enthusiast: A genuine love for animals and people is at the heart of what we do. Highly Organized and Detail-Oriented: If you’re obsessive about creating and checking off to-do lists, this is the role for you! The ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment is essential. Tech-Savvy: Comfort with technology is important. You’ll use tools like Slack, basic Excel, Word, social media platforms for business, and industry-specific software. Quick learners who embrace new systems will excel in this role. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills are critical for providing top-tier customer service and working collaboratively with the team. Experience: Previous office experience in a customer service role is required. Experience in the pet care industry (e.g., dog walking, pet sitting, grooming, veterinary assistance) is strongly preferred. Location: Resides in or near the Reston‑Herndon‑Sterling‑Vienna‑Great Falls area. Transportation: Must have reliable transportation and a smartphone. Commitment: This is not a summer or seasonal position; we’re looking for candidates seeking a long‑term role.
