This is a full-time, on-site role for a New Product Development Engineer, located in Miamisburg, OH. The New Product Development Engineer will oversee all stages of the product development lifecycle, including research, design, prototyping, and testing. Typical responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative thermal solutions, conducting performance evaluations, and contributing to technical documentation. The role also requires providing technical input to refine designs for manufacturability and performance optimization.

• Strong knowledge and expertise in Mechanical Engineering, with experience in applying principles of thermal management and structural design.
• Hands-on experience in Research and Development (R&D), particularly in exploring new technologies and testing innovative ideas.
• Proficiency in Product Development, including designing, prototyping, and optimizing products for performance and manufacturability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present technical concepts clearly.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and creatively to address complex engineering challenges.
• Preferred qualifications include proficiency in CAD software, knowledge of thermal modeling tools, and prior experience in industries such as medical devices, telecommunications, or data centers.
