Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Route Sales Representative to join our Kent team. This is a hands-on route position supporting restaurants and commercial kitchens while managing your own customer route. About the Role After paid training, you'll service customers in the Kent area, restock chemical products, perform preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashers, and build strong customer relationships using a company vehicle. What You’ll Get Annual pay range is $67,000-$70,000 annually with hourly rate of $26/hr with overtime and on call bonuses Consistent schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:30 PM, typical work week of 45+ hours On-call rotation: Roughly every 5-6 weeks Full benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), profit sharing, 7 paid holidays, 50+ hours of sick leave, and 2 weeks of vacation days Company-provided resources: Vehicle during business hours, phone, tools, uniforms, and paid training Career progression: Auto-Chlor promotes growth from within, providing you with the tools you need to move up in the company This is a great role for someone who feels comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer service environment.
