Occupational Therapist/ On call

Occupational Therapist
Duties:- Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
- Provide occupational therapy interventions to improve patients' functional abilities
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid state license or certification as an Occupational Therapist
- Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles, techniques, and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
