Position: Beverage Manager / Restaurant Manager
Job Overview:
We are on the hunt for a highly skilled and enthusiastic Beverage Manager / Restaurant Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. In this dual role, you’ll oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff leadership, training, and development, while ensuring our high standards of service and quality are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations with a focus on maintaining a seamless guest experience.
- Recruit, schedule, and train hourly team members to build a talented and motivated staff.
- Foster a culture of excellence by ensuring all guests receive top-tier service.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to meet financial and operational goals.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and overall guest satisfaction.

Requirements:
- The Restaurant Manager must have 2-5 years of high-volume Fine Dining experience
- Strong leader with a positive attitude, enthusiasm and a passion for hospitality is a key attribute for the Restaurant Manager
- The Restaurant Manager must have excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
- The Restaurant Manager must have outstanding leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate, train and develop your team
