Senior Counsel

Job Description Ensures that business practices, policies, and dealings of the Company meet all applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Represents the Company in regulatory proceedings, interprets and prepares legal documents, and provides counsel on legal and regulatory matters. Provides analysis of proposed legislation and its potential impact on the Company, drafts proposed legislation, and assists Director with managing internal and external regulatory legal counsel. Assists with developing and maintaining a positive company relationship with regulatory commissions and other stakeholders.
