Fabricator

Our client located in Pottstown, PA is seeking a skilled Fabricator to join their team! The ideal candidate will have experience working within a custom job shop, able to produce product from blueprints. Shift runs Monday - Friday, 5:30AM or 6AM start time, 8 hour schedule Overtime is available! $24-28+/hr based on level of experience. Generous Benefits Package available.  ZPMLSTCM

Responsibilities

Job Qualifications:

• Experienced with Mig and Tig welding of Steel, Stainless, and Aluminum
• Go from print to part including: sawing, grinding, fitting, welding, and finishing
• Motivated to learn and adapt to situations
• Able to problem solve
• Courteous to others
• Punctual and reliable
• Willingness to learn
• Must work well with others in a team mentality to complete jobs
• Experience in finishing a plus

Position requirements:

Fabricate parts from prints in a timely manner and meet deadlines
Fabricate and finish parts that are accurate to print
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Be able to finish parts to high quality both visually and dimensionally.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
