We are seeking a Hospitality & Restaurant Recruiter with a positive attitude and strong sourcing abilities to help connect top talent with leading restaurants, hospitality groups, hotels, and food service organizations.

Qualifications

3+ years of hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or food service recruiting experience preferred
Proven ability to source and place hospitality professionals
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Daily Responsibilities

Source, identify, and recruit qualified candidates for hospitality and restaurant positions.
Review and evaluate resumes to identify top talent for management, culinary, and front-line roles.
Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess experience, skills, and cultural fit.
Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and clients.
Evaluate candidates' leadership abilities, customer service skills, and operational expertise.
Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer acceptance.
Conduct reference and employment verification checks.
Manage multiple open positions while maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.
Develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies through job boards, social media, networking events, and industry referrals.
Build lasting relationships with hospitality professionals and hiring organizations.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Ability to meet recruiting goals and deadlines
Strong candidate sourcing and networking capabilities
Detail-oriented, professional, and confident personality
Ability to evaluate talent and match candidates to client needs
Experience using job boards, social media recruiting, and applicant tracking systems
