As a Senior Product Designer, you'll help define the overall user experience vision across multiple products, platforms, and customer touchpoints. Working closely with Product and Engineering teams, you'll create elegant, intuitive experiences that simplify complex workflows and enable users to achieve more with less effort. What You’ll Be Doing Own end-to-end product design across sophisticated digital experiences spanning web, desktop, and mobile platforms. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to shape solutions from early discovery through launch and optimization. Transform advanced technology capabilities into intuitive, user-centered experiences that are simple, effective, and trustworthy. Drive design excellence within a product team, influencing decision-making while maintaining a high bar for quality, consistency, and execution. Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate ideas using customer insights, usability research, and data-driven feedback. Contribute to product strategy by identifying user needs, uncovering opportunities, and helping define the future direction of the product experience. Champion best practices in interaction design, user experience, and product thinking across the organization. What They’re Looking For 5+ years of experience designing complex digital products, ideally within SaaS, platform, productivity, or emerging technology environments. Strong systems-thinking mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and solve challenging user and business problems. Experience designing intelligent, data-rich, or AI-enabled product experiences. Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and influence stakeholders at all levels. Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments where priorities evolve and ownership is expected. Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives independently, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
