Job Summary
As a sales representative at iFoam, you will be responsible for selling insulation products and services to commercial and residential owners in your territory.  As a rep, you will help build the client list, sales revenue, and back the company on standards, quality, and professionalism.  A successful sales rep will have creative lead-generating techniques and drive to exceed sales goals.  You will use your strong communication and selling skills to present innovative insulation solutions to prospective customers.

Responsibilities 

• Provides reliable, high-quality customer support.
• Performs customer instruction on spray foam application and functionality.
• Organizes and utilizes technical resources, information, material, and support to ensure efficient execution of assigned tasks.
• Monitors and ensures the progress and completion of assigned tasks.
• Completes and submits all required task-related activities, productivity, and other documentation in a timely manner.
• Meet work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
• Monitor and review all work orders to ensure customer expectations are met. 
• Maintain constant communication between all departments on current work orders.
• Ensure customer needs are met in a timely manner.
• Manage and maintain daily reporting.
• Answering new and existing customers' phone calls while following sales processes
• Cold calling, door knocking, and  meeting with prospective clients when needed

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
• Ideally, have two or more years of experience in customer service/commercial sales.
• Strong working knowledge of common computer software, including but not limited to: MS Outlook, Word, Excel, CRM
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Detail-oriented, organized, and can keep efficient notes and records
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including an understanding of basic grammar and writing.
• High energy, positive attitude, and forward-thinking, strong work ethic
• Strong team player with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Meet or exceed sales goals
• Must have the ability to become 100% proficient in product offerings.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience selling in a home services company (Insulation, HVAC, Plumbing, Roofing etc) or construction services
