This position follows a hybrid work schedule with in-office collaboration on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. What You'll Do As a Payroll Coordinator II, you'll support multi-state payroll processing, payroll inquiries, audits, reconciliations, and payroll-related service requests. You'll work closely with Payroll leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll operations. Key Responsibilities Process weekly and bi-weekly payrolls for multiple divisions supporting union and non-union employees. Respond to payroll-related service tickets and inquiries from managers and employees, including researching and resolving payroll discrepancies. Support payroll operations for multiple payroll groups while providing backup coverage for team members as needed. Audit payroll transactions, employee data changes, deductions, and earnings to ensure accuracy and compliance. Reconcile payroll reports and assist with payroll balancing activities. Process off-cycle payrolls, replacement checks, ACH reversals, tax refunds, and other payroll adjustments. Assist with W-2 corrections and payroll-related reporting. Partner with Payroll leadership to identify and implement process improvements. Create and maintain payroll documentation, procedures, and training materials. Support payroll projects, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting established service-level expectations. Qualifications CPP certification preferred 5+ years of multi-state payroll experience Experience with ADP Vantage, Kronos, or similar payroll systems Strong understanding of payroll processing, compliance, and wage & hour regulations Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis Experience supporting large employee populations in a high-volume environment Strong problem-solving, customer service, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality #J-18808-Ljbffr TFI International Inc.
