Disease Intervention Specialist II - Field Outreach

Dallas County Health and Human Services is seeking a Disease Intervention Specialist II for the TB Clinic in Dallas, TX. The role interviews, educates and counsels patients with communicable diseases to ensure timely medical care. Responsibilities include assisting staff with field visits, identifying and notifying patients to secure proper care, drawing blood for infectious diseases, supporting outbreak investigations and conducting seminars with physicians. #J-18808-Ljbffr Dallas County
