Branch Manager

Overview We are seeking a Branch Manager to lead our team in achieving business objectives and driving growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and business acumen. Duties Direct all operational, customer service and sales personnel Develop sales goals while reducing overhead and increasing net profits Developing team members and putting them in the best positions for their talent Evaluating current processes and developing new processes to increase net profits while improving employee satisfaction Sharing knowledge with other branches and senior management on effective practices, competitive intelligence and business opportunities or needs Network to improve company reputation and sales in the market Learning new products on the market and staying informed on market changes Requirements A positive attitude Experience in management Ability to meet sales targets and production goals Excellent organizational skills Ability to problem solve and recognize/resolve problems before they arise Excellent communication skills Cabinet industry knowledge is a plus, but not required Job Type: Full-time Benefits Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
