Assembly Technician

Job Title: Assembly Technician
Shift : Monday through Friday schedule, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
Pay : Up to $27/hour + Weekly Pay + Full Benefits
Responsibilities

• Assemble aerospace components and subassemblies.
• Inspect parts using microscopes and other inspection equipment.
• Perform testing on completed assemblies.
• Work with soldering equipment, hand tools, torque drivers, and epoxies.
• Follow detailed work instructions and manufacturing procedures.
• Document production activities and quality results.
• Identify and report manufacturing or quality issues.
• Assist engineers and manufacturing teams with process improvement

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boston, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
