In-Home Physician Part Time - Trenton

Job Summary Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is looking for a Part‑Time Physician to provide in‑home health evaluations. Responsibilities Bring heartfelt engagement into each 45‑minute visit, building trusting relationships. Lead in‑home visits nationwide, connecting patients to appropriate care. Collaborate with Signify Health clinicians and fulfill the specified role requirements. Travel locally and across licensed states as needed. Conduct virtual visits as required. Provide diagnostic and preventive services—including spirometry, diabetic eye exams, bone density screening, and other indicated tests. Work Environment Primary workplace is patients’ homes; environments may include pets, secondhand smoke, and airborne allergens. Clinicians must be able to perform duties safely in these settings. Qualifications MD or DO, active and unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s). Multi‑state license(s) preferred. Benefits Eligibility for selective benefits (see benefits guide).
